Cylinder Trailers

Two types of service are offered for high pressure gas transport trailers:

• Design and manufacture of new trailers

  New trailers are designed to meet the specific needs of each customer whilst complying with the latest regulations and road safety requirements.

• Refurbishment and re-testing of existing trailers

  Complete refurbishment is undertaken of the trailer chassis, running gear, cylinder manifolds, control and dispense cabinets, including full certification to ADR and UK on road requirements. 

  Upgrades can also be undertaken to the chassis, braking system, electrics and the pressure containment units.

  During this refurbishment the cylinders/vessels are re-tested and refurbished in our cylinder plant in time for the final rebuild.
